## Why this exists
Hermes ships with a Skills Hub and agentskills.io compatibility specifically so agents *can*
pull in community skills. This agent deliberately opts out of that path for its domain
knowledge. The reason: borrowed skill code is a black box — you don't know why it makes the
choices it makes, you can't extend it confidently, and it doesn't compound with the rest of
